In the second leg of the AFC Champions League Elite Round of 16, Al-Nassr secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Esteghlal Tehran, advancing to the quarter-finals with an aggregate score of 3-0.

In the 27th minute, Cristiano Ronaldo earned a penalty after being fouled, which he converted with a Panenka-style kick, doubling Al-Nassr's lead. Esteghlal's Mehran Ahmadi received a red card just before halftime, reducing the Iranian side to ten men. Durán sealed the victory with his second goal in the 84th minute, ensuring Al-Nassr's progression to the next round.
