Saudi Arabia: Al Hilal are aiming for a Guinness World Record

Al Hilal can set a new Guinness world record of consecutive wins in all competitions.

The Riyadh-based club’s season is going exceptionally well. With a nine-points gap at the top of the Saudi Pro League table above city-rivals Al Nassr, A-Za’im (The Boss) are now eyeing a new world record in straight victories in all competitions.

If Jorge Jesus and his players win the Saudi Pro League clash against Riyadh on Friday and the Saudi Clasico against Al Ittihad in the AFC Champions League next Tuesday, they will have 28 wins in a row—a world record!

If Al Hilal manages to get the desired win and break the record at their arch-rivals’ ground in Jeddah next week, the scenes coming out from Saudi Arabia will likely be an unusual view.
